Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using SnapStudioAI ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

SnapStudioAI turns photos of your products into new product images (for example studio, lifestyle, seasonal and on-model looks), and helps you make posts, sizes and captions from them. Images are made by AI models, so results can vary and may contain mistakes. Check every image before you use it.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Plans and payment

  • Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in USD through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; we'll tell you before a change affects your plan.
  • Each plan adds a number of images to your account every month. One generated image uses one image from your balance.
  • Unused images roll over while your subscription is active. When a subscription ends, any images left lapse at the end of the paid period.
  • You can cancel or change your plan at any time in Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; plan changes start at the next renewal.
  • If an image fails to generate, the image is given back to your balance automatically.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we'll look at it.
  • Images in your balance have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.

5. Your content and the images you make

  • You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them.
  • You may use the images and posts you make with the Service for personal and commercial purposes, including product listings and ads.
  • You give us permission to store and process your uploads and results only to run the Service for you.
  • SnapStudioAI keeps all rights to the Service, its software and its brand. The AI models we use belong to their providers.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to make sexual, hateful, violent, misleading or illegal content, to infringe anyone's rights (including trademarks and other people's likeness), to misrepresent a product you sell, or to attack or reverse engineer the Service.

7. No warranty and limit of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, SnapStudioAI is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or interruptions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
