1. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash).
  • Your content: the photos you upload, the images and posts made from them, captions, and brand details you add (shop name, colour, style).
  • Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited and timestamps, used to run and protect the Service.

2. How we use it

  • To run the Service: make images from your photos, write captions, and keep your work in your account.
  • To take payments and manage your plan.
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
  • To email you about your account. We only send marketing emails if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your photos to advertise SnapStudioAI without asking you first.

3. Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the Service:

  • Stripe: payments.
  • Replicate and the AI models it hosts: making images from your photos.
  • OpenAI: writing captions and planning images.
  • Railway: hosting and storage.
  • Google Analytics: visit statistics (see Cookies).

We may also share information when the law requires it.

4. Storage and security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access controls. Image links are signed and expire. No system is perfectly secure, but we fix problems as soon as we find them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your photos, images and personal details, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how we use it. Email info@snapstudioai.com.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep the Service working. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and steps work (for example sign-ups and purchases). In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off and Google only receives cookieless signals. We don't use advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
